The U.S. Supreme Court has struck down part of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA).  Section 3 of the DOMA law, which has been overturned, is a provision that denies benefits to legally-married same-sex couples.  In effect, it has ruled that same-sex couples should get the same federal benefits as heterosexual couples in states where same-sex marriages are allowed.

Also today, the Supreme Court effectively has struck down California’s same-sex marriage ban, Proposition 8.  The latter, approved by 52.2% of California voters in 2008, stated that “only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California.”

In 2010, United States District Court Judge Vaughn Walker overturned Proposition 8.  Then the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals panel affirmed the decision that Proposition 8 was unconstitutional.  Today, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that supporters of Proposition 8 did not have the legal standing to appeal the lower court’s ruling.  This has paved the way for same-sex marriages to resume in California, although there still are some legal hurdles to overcome.

It isn’t  the benefits that concern me. IT is the POLICIES and LAWS that being put into effect, that truly need to concern the BODY OF CHRIST.

THESE POLICIES and LAWS, that are ABOMINATIONS to GOD; HIS precepts, HIS principles, HIS statues, HIS Commands are being “OVERSPREAD” in our COUNTRY, and many others..

THEY will enforce these LAWS eventually through ECONOMICS.

Having total control of the buying and selling, and being enforced by the militaries of the WORLD

I am continuing down this path of KNOWING MY LORD, I hope that you will join me on this wonderful adventure into the LIFE of the SAINT.

Today we are going to explore the COVENANT RELATIONSHIP, the Blessings and the chastisements of the LORD.

LEV 26: 46 These [are] the statutes and judgments and laws, which the LORD made between him and the children of Israel in mount Sinai by the hand of Moses.

I think it is important to NOTE that at MOUNT SINAI, there was not only a large portion of ISRAEL there, but there was also a vast number of sojourners.

EVERYONE there was involved in and INVITED INTO the COVENANT RELATIONSHIP with the FATHER.

VOWING to keep the statutes and the commandments that the LORD passed down through the hand of MOSES.

EVERY “FORESHADOW” of JESUS CHRIST was involved in this RELATIONSHIP COVENANT between GOD and HIS PEOPLE, even before HE was BORN.

HERE IS SOMETHING FOR YOU TO SERIOUSLY MEDITATE UPON:

GOD the FATHER was so “JEALOUS” of these foreshadows of HIS SON, that it was NEVER MORE DANGEROUS than to profane or abominate these FORESHADOWS OF CHRIST. 

HE LITERALLY protected them, above “ALL” else. THEY WERE “HOLY/SET APART, because they were the VERY WITNESS and TESTIMONY of the SAVIOR TO COME..

EXAMPLE:

MOSES stood in the position of CHRIST, as the mediator at the time.

The SACRIFICES and the FEAST were all IMAGES/foreshadows of the MESSIAH to COME.

ABRAHAM, ISRAEL, DAVID, the PATRIARCHS  etc, were SAVED BY FAITH in JESUS CHRIST, through the PROMISE of the ONE TO COME.

What they did not LIVE to see, was ACCOUNTED TO THEM for RIGHTEOUSNESS, by “FAITH” in the ONE TO COME, their MESSIAH, JESUS CHRIST.

LET’S EXPLORE the RELATIONSHIP and the COVENANT that GOD made with HIS PEOPLE THEN and the COVENANT the LORD has made with us today.

ON WITH THE STUDY: LEV 26:

There certainly were a LOT of promises and blessings involved in this COVENANT between GOD and those that VOWED to maintain the COVENANT through OBEDIENCE.

(Ok just a side note, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention this…though it is not a discussion for today..WHOSE SABBATH was being talked about here???)

LEV 26: 2  Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I [am] the LORD

LEV 26: 3  If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;

LEV 26: 4-13, is a LONG LIST OF BLESSINGS and PROMISES that come to a COVENANT PEOPLE of OBEDIENCE.

LEV 26: And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.

LEV 26: 14-38 has a LONG LIST Of chastisements and judgments that come to a people that have not HEARKEN unto the LORD or turned their face from the LIVING GOD..

LEV 26: 14  But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;

Today I wanted to take a closer look at the CHASTISEMENTS that was involved with NOT KEEPING the statutes and judgments and laws

LEV 26: 15  And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, [but] that ye break my covenant:

HERE is a FEW QUESTIONS to meditate upon as we go through this:

Who broke the COVENANT and HOW was the covenant broken?

WHAT WAS GOD’S RESPONSE to the BREAKING OF HIS COVENANT??

The WHY of the CHASTISEMENT and the JUDGMENTS:

LEV 26: 28  Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.

If you despise my STATUES

IF you abhor my judgments,

IF you will NOT be REFORMED BY ME,  

IF you will not HEARKEN unto me,

If you WALK contrary to me

GOD'S RESPONSE to the BREAKING of the COVENANT:

THEN I WILL ABHOR YOU and WALK CONTRARY TO YOU IN FURY

BREAKING a COVENANT with GOD, results in the BLESSINGS of OUR LAND, AND OUR LIVES ending in great judgment and chastisement:

I will send…

pestilence among you

scatter you, send a sword after you

deliver you into the hand of the enemy

I will make your cities waste and desolate

You will flee, you will have no power to stand, and you shall perish

I WILL NOT SMELL THE SAVOUR OF YOUR SWEET ODOR

HOW COULD RESTORATION COME TO THOSE THAT BROKE THE COVENANT WITH GOD:

FOR RESTORATION:

CONFESSION and REPENTANCE we involved, ALSO AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT that LORD was involved in the CHASTISEMENT and the JUDGMENT!!

CONFESSION of the trespasses and the walking contrary to HIM.

LEV 26: 40   If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me;

ACKNOWLEDGMENT that the ALMIGHTY HAND OF GOD WAS INVOLVED:

LEV 26: 41  And [that] I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity:

I find it very interesting today, that we perceive this judgment that is in our LAND, as though it was completely from the “STRENGTH and POWER” of the WICKED ONE. 

Satan has power and dominion over this earth.

But SATAN does not have POWER or AUTHORITY Over the BODY OF CHRIST, 

SO IN REALITY the judgment and chastisement on us as INDIVIDUALS is coming from GOD HIMSELF.

AS the HEDGE of our protection is being removed, due to our involvement and compromises with the WORLD, and our TURNING away from GOD'S PRECEPTS and PRINCIPLES, the influence the enemy has on our lives is increased.

ONLY THROUGH HUMILITY before HIM, repentance, and acknowledgment of HIM, will any of this NATIONS BLESSINGS BE RESTORED.

LEV 26: 42  Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land.

CONCLUSION:

There are SO many EXCITING THINGS that we could learn from LEV 26.

But for me AT LEAST For TODAY, I find it encouraging to know that the LORD MIGHTY HAND is involved in the JUDGMENTS and the CHASTISEMENTS that are in MY PERSONAL  LIFE.

I will TURN to HIM, when bad things come my way... 

LIKE DAVID.. 

I say I would rather be in YOUR hand of judgment OH LORD, than at the HANDS of man, for YOU are merciful!!!

WE are a COVENANT PEOPLE, our WRITTEN COVENANT is the BIBLE and OUR MEDIATOR IS JESUS CHRIST.

WHEN we became NEW BEINGS in JESUS CHRIST, WE in essences AGREED to a COVENANT RELATIONSHIP between HIM and us.

WE HAVE PROFESSED:  HE IS LORD and KING of our lives.

HE gave us the HOLY SPIRIT, as part of HIS COVENANT WITH US. “OUR WEDDING RING, if you will”

BUT do not think that our FREEDOM in CHRIST means we have freedom to do anything we want and desire.

THE AUTHOR OF OUR SALVATION IS FROM ABOVE:

WE HAVE A NEW HEAD, a NEW KING, ONE that has been EXALTED above ALL THINGS, with POWER and AUTHORITY ABOVE, on EARTH and BELOW. WHO has EVERY INTENTION of bringing the PROMISE TO HIS PEOPLE and bringing HIS ENEMIES under HIS FEET…

OUR LAWS and COMMANDS are written straight from the HEART OF THE FATHER. AND THEY ALL “THREE” agree.

The FATHER, THE SON/WORD, and the HOLY SPIRIT  They work in HARMONY of one another.

JESUS CHRIST bled and died to PURCHASE US INTO “HIS KINGDOM”.  The COST of the PURCHASE from the CONDEMNATION of the LAW, death in the lake of fire, AND IT WAS NOT CHEAP. 

GOD the FATHER LIVED according to HIS OWN JUSTICE and RIGHTEOUSNESS. 

IT took the “BLOOD” of a MAN to purchase MAN BACK to RESTORATION.

HE WILL NOT BE MOCKED for “HIS NAME SAKE”.

THE PURCHASE WAS MADE,, not so we could continue in SIN, but that would be RESTORED and BE conformed and transformed into the very IMAGE of JESUS CHRIST.

THROUGH HIS/JESUS CHRIST “DIVINE POWER” we are being TRANSFORMED and CONFORMED into the very character of HIS IMAGE. OUR very LIFE STYLE should give WITNESS, to HIS CHARACTER, HIS HOLINESS, and BEARING HIS NAME!!!

2 Cor 10: 5  Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

2 PETER 1: According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that [pertain] unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue

THE BIBLE IS NOT JUST A HISTORY BOOK!!!

THE WORD OF GOD/BIBLE is a “WITNESS and a TESTIMONY  of the CHARACTER OF GOD, HIS WAYS and HIS PRECEPTS, JUDGMENTS, and STATUTES.   

A “WITNESS” of the RELATIONSHIP between GOD and A “COVENANT PEOPLE”

IT is FILLED with INSTRUCTION, WARNINGS, BLESSINGS and PROMISES OF GOD towards “HIS PEOPLE”.

THE WARNINGS are JUST as  CLEAR!!!!

HE is a JEALOUS GOD, of HIS OWN NAME and HIS HOLINESS, and CHARACTER.

AND for  “HIS NAME SAKE”.. HE WILL NOT BE MOCKED.

Those that REJECT HIM or TURN THEIR BACK ON this COVENANT RELATIONSHIP, those that REFUSE to acknowledge HIS COUNSEL; JUDGMENT, STATUES, and LAWS, will reap what they have sown, through chastisement and punishment.

OUR FAITH IS IN JESUS CHRIST.  Satan has no HOLD upon us.

IT IS FAR MORE FEARFUL to stand in the JUDGMENTS and CHASTISEMENTS of GOD, than anything that SATAN can do to you!!

LIVING WATER.... THE PROCLAMATION OF JESUS CHRIST IN THE TEMPLE

WHILE JESUS CHRIST walked upon the earth HE had purpose for everything HE did.

While walking upon the earth in HIS HUMANITY, HIS actions, HIS every step was in accordance to FULFILLING the WILL of the FATHER.

As WE know JESUS CHRIST FULFILLED “ALL” Foreshadows of the FIRST 4 FEAST:  THERE are 3 FEAST YET TO BE FULFILLED.

TODAY I found myself most INTERESTED in the SIGNIFICANCE of WHAT JESUS’ ‘PROCLAMATION MEANT to the JEWS when HE was  IN THE TEMPLE in JOHN 7  during the “FEAST OF TABERNACLES”.

What PROCLAIMATION was HE MAKING at that time that ‘ASTONSISHED” the people.

 What HE SAID in JOHN 7: 34  had some significance to them, according to the FEAST of TABERNACLES that they were keeping at the time.

HERE ARE THE VERSES the specific verses that caught my attention this morning and I would like to share my studies with you.

JOHN 7: 34  In the last day, that great [day] of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.

JOHN 7: 40  Many of the people therefore, when they heard this saying, said, Of a truth this is the Prophet.

JOHN 7: 41  Others said, “This is the Christ” But some said, Shall Christ come out of Galilee?

I ALWAYS find it interesting that many of the times that JESUS SPOKE in the TEMPLE, HE was speaking in TERMS and analogies that only the JEWS would understand through the FORESHADOWS of HIM and the FEAST and HOLY DAYS. 

EXAMPLE:  When HE spoke in the TEMPLE saying “THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD is UPON ME”.. HE proclaiming to the JEWS that HE was the JUBILEE that they were waiting for. IS 61: 1, LUKE 4: 18…

SO what SIGNIFICANCE did HIS proclamation in JOHN 7: 34 mean to them, that brought this to the astonishment and realization that HE was proclaiming to be the MESSIAH!!!

ON with the STUDY:

SOME FACTS and BACKGROUD on the FEAST OF TABERNACLES.

ACCORDING TO JOHN 7,  JESUS stood in the TEMPLE and taught in the “MIDDLE” of the FEAST OF TABERNACLE and then AGAIN on the LAST GREAT DAY of the FEAST.

ON the “LAST GREAT DAY” HE makes the PROCLAMATION that

“IF any man THIRST let HIM come to me”

HERE IS OUR QUESTION:

WHAT SIGNIFICANCE DID JESUS’ PROCLAMATION have TO THE JEWISH PEOPLE,, because it somehow resonated in their SPIRIT that HE was “CLAIMING” to be the MESSIAH.  

A LITTLE HISTORY in case you know LITTLE about the “FOT” itself.

The FEAST of TABERNACLES IS A 7/8  DAY FEAST the FIRST DAY BEING A HOLY DAY.

For the BODY OF CHRIST:  The Feast of Tabernacles represents this joyous, utopian time of peace and fulfillment that has always been the hope and focus of true Christians. The MILLIALLE KINGDOM.

This is the one Feast in particular in which God commands everyone to rejoice! This Feast looks forward in time to the most joyful occasion of all time. Deut 16, Lev 23

FOR THE JEW:  It represents coming out of Egypt and living in Booths.

THE TIMING OF THE FEAST and the SIGNIFICANCE of the “FEAST OF TABERNACLES”

The timing of the feast, held in the fall around the time of the yearly harvest or in-gathering, pointed both backward to the time when God gathered Israel out of Egypt and forward to the time of “the final harvest when Israel’s mission should be completed, and all nations gathered unto the Lord.”[9] Thus, Israelites who gathered to the temple in Jerusalem to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles were inundated with festivities and symbols that inspired thoughts on a variety of themes, such as deliverance (past and future), the coming of the Messiah, and the eventual gathering of all God’s children to him.

SCRIPTURES  for TODAYS STUDY:

JOHN 7 Now the Jews' feast of tabernacles was at hand.

JOHN 7: 10  But when his brethren were gone up, then went he also up unto the feast, not openly, but as it were in secret.

JOHN 7: 14   Now about the midst of the feast Jesus went up into the temple, and taught.

JOHN 7: 34  In the last day, that great [day] of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink

JOHN 7: 40  Many of the people therefore, when they heard this saying, said, Of a truth this is the Prophet.

HERE is something that I DID NOT KNOW about the FEAST OF TABERNACLES:

YOU MAY WANT to read the entire article, I am only posting the parts that I find significant to this study.

The fourth significant event of the Feast of Tabernacles was “the drawing of water from Siloam and its libation [pouring] on the altar (of this it was said that he who has not seen the joy of the drawing of water at the Feast of Tabernacles does not know what joy is)” (Bible Dictionary, “Feasts”). The parade-like ritual of this ceremony was perhaps the most notable and popular event of the festival.

This ceremony was accompanied by great rejoicing and singing from the congregation. It was performed every day of the feast in the same way, “except on the seventh day, when the priests (and perhaps the pilgrims) circled the altar seven times instead of just once.”[17]

Wow does that remind you of another event in the scriptures??? JERICHO..

A NOTHER VERSE THAT would have significant to the JEWS would have been the ONE in ISAIAH…

Isaiah 12:3: “With joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.”. . .

THE LIVING WATER:

This ritual performed at the sacrificial altar consists of several aspects that added to its spiritual richness. The Pool of Siloam received its water from the Gihon Spring, a natural water source, making the water in Siloam “living water,” or water suitable for ritual purification. The concept of “living water” is critical to understanding the significance of this ceremony. Living water had to come directly from God (via rain or other “pure” or natural sources, such as a spring). It was used for all ordinances and rituals requiring water in the law of Moses.

ALSO, If you remember the water of SILOAM was the pool that the JESUS told the man to go and wash his eyes in.

NOTICE by interpretation the word “SILOAM” means “SENT”.

JOHN 9: 17  And said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing. 

CONCLUSION:

For the JEWS who celebrated the FEAST OF TABERNACLES the message should have been clear, 

HE was PROCLAIMING TO BE THE “LIVING WATER, the source of  their SALVATION!!

The opportunity was there that DAY, if only they had RECEIVED HIM as their awaited MESSIAH.

Jesus waited until “the last day, that great day of the feast” to stand and cry to all the people within the temple, “If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water” (John 7:37–38). 

The Savior waited until the “great day of the feast,” on which there was no water-pouring ceremony, to publicly declare that he was the source of “living water.”

In the absence of the celebration involving the waters of Siloam, his words invited the people to come unto him as the only true source for salvation.

By referring to himself as the source of “living water,” Jesus proclaimed his divinity—he is the “fountain of living waters.”

Only those who accepted him as the one sent from God to save mankind could be baptized and receive the cleansing through the Holy Ghost necessary for them to return to God.

 (Psalm 116:3–4, 8–9, 12, 16–17)

Then called I upon the name of the Lord; O Lord, I beseech thee, deliver my soul. . . .

For thou hast delivered my soul from death. . . .

I will walk before the Lord in the land of the living. . . .

What shall I render unto the Lord for all his benefits toward me? . . .

Thou hast loosed my bonds.

I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the Lord.

I want YOUR HEALING, CLEANSING, and DELIVERANCE , but I don’t want YOUR PRECEPTS and PRINCIPLE!!!

LET'S GET REAL!!

I am continuing on this path of getting REAL BEFORE THE LORD. HERE are my thoughts for today!!

" LORD JESUS, I want YOUR healing,cleansing, and deliverance, but I don't want YOUR precepts and principles to influence my life,"

OH MY How convenient of us. 

 We want HIS goods without any of the eternal change to come to our life!!!

We desire HIS FORGIVENESS, HEALING, and DELIVERANCE, but we don’t want to FALL DOWN BEFORE HIM and WORSHIP HIM or walk according to HIS WORD, down the NARROW PATH.

I am reminded of the 10 lepers this morning:

LUKE 17: 12  And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off:

LUKE 17: 13  And they lifted up [their] voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.

LUKE 17: 15  And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,

LUKE 17: 16 And fell down on [his] face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan

LUKE 17: 17 And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where [are] the nine?  

LUKE 17: 18 There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger

LUKE 17: 19 And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.  

They came to JESUS, seeking healing and only ONE returned to WORSHIP to give GLORY TO GOD, and he was made WHOLE/complete/BORN AGAIN.

Have you found it interesting in this verse how ALL 10 were HEALED and YET ONLY ONE WAS MADE WHOLE??

HEALING of the FLESH is not equated with being made WHOLE.

HE IS OUR KINSMEN REDEEMER, and SALVATION is to be MADE "WHOLE"/ DELIVERED from the penalty of JUDGMENT/condemnation, through JESUS CHRIST: 

WHOLE:

1) to save, keep safe and sound, to rescue from danger or destruction

a) one (from injury or peril)

1) to save a suffering one (from perishing), i.e. one suffering from disease, to make well, heal, restore to health

1) to preserve one who is in danger of destruction, to save or rescue

b) to save in the technical biblical sense

1) negatively

a) to deliver from the penalties of the Messianic judgment

b) to save from the evils which obstruct the reception of the Messianic deliverance

WHAT CAN WE LEARN FROM THIS PASSAGE OF SCRIPTURE??

“ONLY ONE was made WHOLE.. delivered from the penalty of condemnation”

Why? Because HE RETURNED to “WORSHIP” and gave HIM GLORY for what HE HAD DONE.  

HE had a GLIMPSE OF GOD, and in that moment HE HONORED and PRAISED HIS NAME!!!

HOW many today are truly like this leper? OR like the other 9 lepers who went off with their healing without any acknowledgement to JESUS CHRIST or GOD the FATHER?

WE ASK for so much, out of our own desire!!!!

WE DESIRE HIS HEALING and DELIVERANCE:

We seek HIM SO OFTEN for our healing and our deliverance of our FLESH and  still today “FEW” will truly turn to HIM to be MADE WHOLE, COMPLETE, to be REBORN in HIS SPIRIT. 

WE DESIRE FORGIVENESS:

FORGIVENESS is WONDERFUL, wonderful to the soul and spirit. It is refreshing to have a NEW START in life.

But sometimes I wonder??

Do the many seek FORGIVENESS so that they can simply “FEEL the freedom”,  the burden of their past lifted from their shoulders.

SIMPLY so they can run off feeling REFRESHED, having their OLD BURDENS lifted just to start NEW ONES?

NEW WINE must be put in NEW WINE SKINS!!!

ONE must be BORN AGAIN to enter into HEAVEN!!!

DO YOU LOVE HIM????

How many today will TRULY fall down and WORSHIP HIM? How many will TRULY LOVE HIM for what HE has done for us, and what HE is going to do?

GIVE their LIFE TO HIM, as a LIVING SACRIFICE in a covenant relationship of  “WALKING with HIM DAILY” down that narrow path of being conformed and transformed into HIS IMAGE, through OBEDIENCE to HIM?

JOHN 15: 10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. 

LET US RETURN TO OUR FIRST LOVE, JESUS CHRIST in WORSHIP and PRAISE, so that WE can be HEALED and RESTORED IN THE PERFECT PEACE OF JESUS CHRIST!!!

TRUE HEALING is complete, and PERFECTED only IN JESUS CHRIST.

 Where we have no need of this worlds goods, to fill your hunger and thirst.

MAY THE LORD open up our HEART that we can have ears to hear and eyes to see.

That AT HIS RETURN we have no need to be ashamed!!! 

That we give HIM the TRUE REVERENCE and WORSHIP that ONLY HE DESERVES!!

The END OF DAYS/ The HARD SAYINGS/ GETTING SERIOUS about WHAT YOU BELIEVE!!!

LET'S GET SERIOUS... 

ARE WE living in a DREAM STATE, A FANTASY??

WHERE ARE YOU PUTTING YOUR HOPES and FAITH?????

IS IT TRULY IN JESUS CHRIST, for HE is the "ARM" of the FATHER, The SALVATION of NATIONS and the JUDGE before the PEOPLE. The FIRSTBORN among the brethren.  HE endured until the END, Shall WE endure to the end? RIGHTEOUSNESS/the WORD,, shall not be ABOLISHED, it is brought to LIFE in the RESURRECTION...

IS 51: 4  Hearken unto me, my people; and give ear unto me, O my nation: for a law shall proceed from me, and I will make my judgment to rest for a light of the people.

IS 51: 5  My righteousness [is] near; my salvation is gone forth, and mine arms shall judge the people; the isles shall wait upon me, and on mine arm shall they trust.

The EARTH shall wax old and shall die…

IS 51: 6 Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath: for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment, and they that dwell therein shall die in like manner: but my salvation shall be for ever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished.

HEARKEN UNTO ME, ye that KNOW RIGHTEOUSNESS, for ye shall enter into peace…

IS 51: 7   Hearken unto me, ye that know righteousness, the people in whose heart [is] my law; fear ye not the reproach of men, neither be ye afraid of their revilings.

IS 57: 2  He shall enter into peace: they shall rest in their beds, [each one] walking [in] his uprightness

The WARNING to the SEED of the adulterer and the Whore and the children of the transgression.

IS 57: 3 But draw near hither, ye sons of the sorceress, the seed of the adulterer and the whore.

IS 57: 4  Against whom do ye sport yourselves? against whom make ye a wide mouth, [and] draw out the tongue? [are] ye not children of transgression, a seed of falsehood

Is 57: 5 Enflaming yourselves with idols under every green tree, slaying the children in the valleys under the clifts of the rocks?

THERE SHALL BE NO PEACE FOR THE WICKED, thus SAITH THE LORD.

IS 57: 21  [There is] no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.   

REV 21: 8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY:

I have been in quite a bit of  meditation for a couple of weeks now. I call it a place of Discovery. A time where I just need to get alone with the LORD and ask questions and pray that I receive answers.

And I would like for you to consider some HARD SAYINGS and THOUGHTS today.  THINGS WE DO NOT LIKE TO TALK ABOUT:

I warn you it is not going to tickle your ears, but I hope that it will move your heart to desire to KNOW HIM as HE TRULY IS:

At some point in our lives, we need to get ALONE with the LORD and TRULY confront our own beliefs and convictions.  To inspect what we think we know about the LORD.

WE seriously need to ask the question:

"DO WE REALLY KNOW HIM???"

I desire to ask  you to do the same. "DO YOU REALLY KNOW HIM?"

I think these days I am living in a ONE DIMENSIONAL SPACE, where ONE SUBJECT or TOPIC has really been on my mind.

The SUBJECT or TOPIC has been: am I READY for HIS RETURN, DO I REALLY KNOW THE ONE I PROFESS TO KNOW SO MUCH ABOUT??

And I have to wondered if the LORD is truly pleased with what we are doing and the gospel that we are preaching.

I hear ALL the time about THE SONGS of HIS UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, and messages bout  "IF WE “LOVE” our neighbor" we are fulfilling the ALL the commandments" needed.  So there is No need to preach repentance, or share the WORD of TRUTH, we can ALL enter at the gate JUST AS WE ARE..

So the "LOVE GOSPEL" that is being preached to day, is more like a "GET OF OUR JAIL CARD" and let's grab as many as we can and drag the wicked in along with the righteous into HEAVEN, and we will all live together in a state of what? 
" HARMONY with GOD and with each other?? 

IS THAT the "LOVE GOSPEL", JESUS WAS TALKING ABOUT???

Really, you think the WICKED are going to change "AFTER' they get to HEAVEN?

If that is the "LOVE GOSPEL" you believe in, then I think you need to get in a QUITE place and allow the LORD to do some WORK on your 'doctrinal beliefs". 

Those that REJECT HIM NOW, HE will not pour HIS GRACE and MERCY OVER, but have a RESERVED PLACE for them in the LAKE OF FIRE.

DOES THE LORD HAVE ENEIMIES IN THIS WORLD??

1 Cr 15: 25  For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.

YES, HE DOES. and they do not GET a FREE PASS TO HEAVEN. 
And if you were TRULY honest with yourself, you wouldn't want them to be let in.

JUST a SIDE NOTE before I get bashed for this. If you desire to know what I believe about the "LOVE GOSPEL" you can look up the post.

But TRULY somewhere along the way, be have LOST the TRUE meaning of "LOVE thy neighbor", I DO NOT BELIEVE we are acting in LOVE in the way the LORD intended it to be.

GOD'S LOVE isn't about being emotional, Getty,  tolerant, compromising, or yoking oneself to the WORLD. Those that do that, love the WORLD more than they LOVE HIM.

GOD'S LOVE, is about JUSTICE, MERCY, RIGHTEOUS, FORGIVENESS  and having ETERNAL INTEREST in an individual.

The LOVE HE intended had to do with RIGHTEOUSNESS and JUST behavior, being CONFORMED to the IMAGE OF HIS SON, standing RIGHTEOUSLY before our neighbor and be JUST towards them, having a ETERNAL INTEREST in an individual, rather than all this tolerance and compromising, and YOKING that we do today. 

Every time the church EMBRACES the WORLD through COMPROMISES and TOLERANCE the gospel of TRUTH gets watered down. 

We have gotten in the bed with the abominations, rather than seeking to PULL the PEOPLE out of the snares of the devil.

SO WHO IS YOUR LORD and KING?

I have to wonder if some of these people are serving the same LORD that I DO??

IS HE a GOD OF COMPROMISES and TOLERANCE??

IF HE is SO EMBRACING of  SIN and YOKING HIMSELF with the WICKED of this WORLD, then explain to me all the SCRIPTURES that say HE IS NOT??

DID HE GIVE HIS BLOOD, so that our SIN and WICKEDNESS could be TOLERATED?

Was HIS INTENTION to CHANGE HIM into our image, or to CHANGE US INTO HIS IMAGE???

HE can afford to be "NARROW MINDED" about his.. HE IS GOD!!!

THINK ABOUT THE "GOSPEL" that you are hearing today:

One that says let them “ALL” come just as they are, and a PROCLAMATION that HE will "EMBRACE" anyone and anything,without REPENTANCE, CONFORMITY or the TRANSFORMATION into the IMAGE OF MY SON?? It is a "LIE" straight out of HELL.

JOHN 4: 5  They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.

A WATERED DOWN GOSPEL that sets itself upon the KINGDOM OF THIS WORLD,  its desires and its agenda is NOT THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST.

THERE IS A CONFORMITY and a TRANSFORMATION to those that are REBORN, to be REBORN into "HIS IMAGE".

HE is the ONE we are to be CONFORMED into, HE is the "FIRSTBORN" among the brethren.

GET SERIOUS!!!!!

IF you can not LOOK BACK into your life and see that YOUR MIND, HEART and BEHAVIORISM have changed since you met JESUS CHRIST, then you need to INSPECT your LIFE BEFORE HIM.

ROMANS 8: 29  For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate [to be]conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

ROMANS 12: 2  And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God

IS HE TRULY a LORD of “UNCONDITIONAL LOVE”?

IS HE TRULY a GOD OF TOLERANCE and COMPROMISING?

I think we NEED to WAKE UP TO THE TRUTH, for without it, we are living in a DREAM WORLD.  

I think we are PROCLAIMING a  FANTASY GOSPEL, one we don't even believe in ourselves. 

THE GOSPEL has become so watered down that it has become a gospel of murky water of the LIES of demons. 

Where the TRUTH of JESUS CHRIST and OF HEAVEN, has very little meaning in our lives or the lives of those we are seeking to share it with . 

FOR THERE IS NO REVERENCE TO HIS WORD or HONOR TO HIS NAME to be found among us.

NO WONDER we are not JEALOUS of our GOD. HIS CHARACTER HIS PRECEPTS and PRINCIPLES. 

WE don't even KNOW HIM as HE DESIRES us to KNOW HIM.

IS 55: 8 For my thoughts [are] not your thoughts, neither [are] your ways my ways, saith the LORD

Some FACTS to meditate upon this morning:

YOU tell me, IS HE A GOD OF TOLERANCE and COMPROMISES??

MATT 7: 23  And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Did HE not LOVE JACOB and HATE ESAU?

Did HE not chastise ISRAEL for her rebellion and stiff neck?

IS HE not going to punish the WHOREMONGER, LIER, UNBELIEVING in the LAKE OF FIRE?

Did HE not turn away the ONE that entered in without the appropriate garment?

DID the one with the “ONE TALENT” that hid it get turned away?

DID JESUS, HIMSELF PREACH “REPENTANCE”?

HOW about the VERSE that SAYS " I WILL LOVE THOSE THAT LOVE ME"

DID JESUS SAY

“ MATT 24: 35  Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not passaway.”

HAS the EARTH PASSED AWAY YET???

Someone must tell me HOW IS THAT “UNCONDITIONAL LOVE” and UNCONDITIONAL SALVATION”?

I only hope and pray that many of you will consider these things before the LORD, as I have this week. And that you too will get SERIOUS about  your desire to KNOW HIM as the ONE TRUE GOD, the GOD of principles and precepts.  HE is JUST and HE IS RIGHTEOUS, and only those that TRULY KNOW HIM, will be rewarded in the PROMISES OF JESUS CHRIST.

AND TRULY to be prepared to “ENDURE UNTO THE END” one must TRULY BELIEVE  with HIS HEART, MIND and SOUL, that what they are PREACHING and BELIEVING  is TRUTH, for we will not STAND or ENDURE in a LIE, even our OWN LIES and  DECEPTIONS that we are living under will eventually find us out and become our shame.

IT is BEYOND time to get SERIOUS about matters of our FAITH and JESUS CHRIST brothers and sisters.

WE MUST examine ourselves according to the GOSPEL and before the LORD.

ARE YOU READY to DIE for what you SAY you BELIEVE IN??

May the LORD, give you and me  HEARTS THAT TREMBLES BEFORE HIM. 

FOR HE WILL BE REVERENCED and HONORED, and WE have trampled HIS NAME and HIS HOLINESS before the GENTILES of the WORLD.

THOSE THAT "TRULY LOVE HIM" will inherit HIS SUBSTANCE and HE WILL FILL THEIR TREASURE.

PROVERBS 8: 21  That I may cause those that love me to inherit substance; and I will fill their treasures.

IF you LOVE HIM THIS MORNING, then GIVE HIM PRAISE, for what HE HAS DONE and WHAT HE IS GOING TO DO.

That we not be ASHAMED at HIS GLORIOUS APPEARANCE.

MAY the LORD, give us HEARTS Of PRAISE and WORSHIP of HIM, and a TRUE REVELATION OF WHO HE IS.

We must ENTER IN HIM to be counted WORTHY. 

HE honored the FATHER and HIS WORD, and we must HONOR the FATHER TOO.

We must "TURN AWAY" from our conformity of this WORLD, and SEEK to be SUBMISSIVE to the WORK HE is SEEKING to do within us, to  be CONFORMED and TRANSFORMED into HIS IMAGE, JESUS CHRIST. 

For the PROMISE is to THE SON, and we shall inherit because we are "IN HIM" and submission to HIM. HE is the ONE with AUTHORITY, as HEAD of HIS BODY, and LORD and KING OVER US.
