Prime example of what is going to happen when the GOVERNMENT gets through “gathering” all things in their possession, including the 'souls of men'.

Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The government shutdown is being felt close to home for some locals. They say they're being forced out of private homes on Lake Mead because they sit on federal land. 

Joyce Spencer is 77-years-old and her husband Ralph is 80. They've been spending most of their time in the family ice cream store since going home isn't an option.

The Spencers never expected to be forced out of their Lake Mead home, which they've owned since the 70s, but on Thursday, a park ranger said they had 24 hours to get out.

The Catholic Church admits it changed the SABBATH to SUNDAY.

2 COR 10: 5   CASTING DOWN IMAGINATIONS, and EVERY HIGH THING THAT EXALTETH ITSELF AGAINST THE KNOWLEDGE of GOD, and bringing into captivity every thought to the OBEDIENCE of CHRIST.

I no nothing about the 7th day Adventist. I have never even met a 7th day Adventist.  

ALLOW ME TO MAKE THIS CLEAR:  I am not promoting them.

I am not associated with any group or organization. 

However, I am a SABBATH OBSERVER, “REMEMBER THE SABBATH and KEEP it HOLY”,  and these letters from the CATHOLIC CHURCH confirms to me, that THOSE that BELIEVE THE BIBLE as the INERRANT WORD of GOD, would hold firm to the DOCTRINES associated with the WORD of GOD and NOT the TRADITIONS of MAN or of ANY CHURCH.

    Regarding the change from the observance of the Jewish Sabbath to the

    Christian Sunday, I wish to draw your attention to the facts:

>     (1) That Protestants, who accept the Bible as the only rule of faith

>   and religion, should by all means go back to the observance of the Sabbath.

    The fact that they do not, but on the contrary observe Sunday, stultifies

    them in the eyes of every thinking man.

      (2) We Catholics do not accept the Bible as the only rule of faith.

    Besides the Bible we have the living Church, the authority of the Church,

    as a rule to guide us.  We say, this Church instituted by Christ, to teach

    and guide men through life, has the right to change the Ceremonial laws of

    the Old Testament and hence, we accept her change of the Sabbath to Sunday.

    We frankly say, "yes, the Church made this change, made this law, as she

    made many other laws, for instance, the Friday Abstinence, the unmarried

    priesthood, the laws concerning mixed marriages, the regulation of Catholic

    marriages, and a thousand other laws.

      (3) We also say that of all Protestants, the Seventh-day Adventists are

    the only group that reason correctly and are consistent with their

    teachings.  It is always somewhat laughable to see the Protestant Churches,

    in pulpit and legislature, demand the observance of Sundays of which there

    is nothing in the Bible.

THE FATHER PROVED HIMSELF and PROVIDED HIS OWN "JUSTICE and RIGHTEOUSNESS" by paying the penalty for the redemption of man-kind.

HE didn't even SET HIMSELF FREE from PENALTY that had to be PAID!!!

What makes us think, that HE will not forever be JUST, RIGHTEOUS and HOLY.

IE:  LORD:  he to whom a person or thing belongs, about which he has power of deciding; master, lord
