PRAISE the LORD for GOOD TEACHERS....

I am still receiving contacts concerning the RAPTURE/CAUGHT UP time. 

Some questions that I truly do not feel qualified, or lead  to answer. Nor do I feel a CALLING upon my live to dwell that deeply into that particular subject. AN OFFERING to give away what has been freely given.

I am a very simple individual, who is only called to share what the LORD has given me with others.

Mr. MONTGOMERY appears to have a special calling upon his life. An excellent teacher.

He appears to have been given a great deal of understanding, and knowledge concerning many subjects of the WORD.

I believe that he is a VERY STUDIED man, and SEEKS to find TRUTH above all else.

MANY of his points and studies I totally agree with. 

He is also VERY GRACIOUS  to seek to answer questions that you may have.

I TRULY understand that the RAPTURE may concern the CHURCH/BODY of CHRIST, and is a VERY IMPORTANT event to all of us.

I have been focusing a lot these days on my own personal walk. 

SO, I have been looking for that personal revival in my own life. LORD have mercy upon me!!

So often that REVIVAL is found in WORSHIP and a REVELATION of “WHO” HE truly is and what HE HAS DONE.

SOME TIMES we JUST NEED to be REMINDED of WHAT HE HAS DONE!!!

 As I was walking around in my home listening to praise music, my heart was brought to brokenness over and over again, over what the LORD has truly done for us.

I wanted to RE-POST this post in hopes that IT TRULY will help REVIVE HIS BODY to the HOPE, PEACE and LOVE that HE HOLDS for each of us..

Through JESUS the VEIL was TORN-By Wecrymercy

I wanted to share something that I believe was a revelation from the LORD has given me, while I was studying. 


PLEASE FOCUS on the WORDS -- CONDITIONS and SURRENDER and the TREE OF LIFE. 


JESUS met the "conditions of SURRENDER and OBEDIENCE", and paid the "penalty of the condemnation" that was required to bring us BACK into FELLOWSHIP and RESTORATION to the FATHER.

THUS the VEIL was TORN INTO.  What ONCE separated us from the FATHER was TORN DOWN that we could now ENTER INTO HIS GRACE.

I am sure we know that already.. 

But here is an understanding the LORD gave to me. 

ADAM FAILED the "CONDITIONS of SURRENDER and OBEDIENCE" that caused the VEIL to separate us from GOD. 

It was through ADAM’S sin that caused the VEIL to cover the HOLY of HOLIES. 


Condemnation and Separation came to all men because of his sin. Leaving us SEPARATED from the HOLY OF HOLIES. 


What was ADAM’S sin? 
(it surely wasn't an apple) 


HE did not SURRENDER or OBEY HIS CREATOR, but rather choose a path of making himself a GOD unto himself, through his OWN knowledge of good and evil. 

THUS he was cast out of EDEN, before he could partake of the TREE OF LIFE. ( to live eternally in that condition of sin)  WHAT and AWESOME LORD WE SERVE.

Through the PERFECT Surrender and obedience of JESUS CHRIST, we now have access to the TREE OF LIFE, and HE BECAME the TREE OF LIFE for us. 

THUS the WORLD WAITED for that SURRENDERED and OBEDIENT heart to regain that access to the HOLY OF HOLIES. 

(for the Sacrifices of LAMB and GOATS, were only a temporary measure, until the ONE that was TRULY worthy to come) 

And the ONE THAT DID come, became the BLOOD sacrifice, and met the conditions of SURRENDER and OBEDIENCE, Humbling HIMSELF before the FATHER as an example to us. Because of HIM, The HOLY of HOLIES was REOPENED, torn for mankind. 


JESUS CHRIST, Surrendered and obeyed, even when HE was TEMPTED in the wilderness to be a GOD of this EARTH. HE chose to SURRENDER and OBEY HIS FATHER. Rather than LIFT HIMSELF up, HE remained HUMBLE. 

Through that VERY SURRENDERED HEART, as the SON OF MAN, HIS FLESH was TORN and the VEIL was ripped apart. Leaving us the example of LAYING ourselves down, and SURRENDERING to our CREATOR. 


WHAT HAPPEN from that VEIL being TORN? 

Once again, exposing man to the PRESENCES of the HOLY OF HOLLIES  That all MEN could be SAVED if they would enter in THROUGH HIM, JESUS CHRIST. 


In essence.. HE RELEASED the HOLY SPIRIT upon mankind, that the HOLY SPIRIT could now DWELL among men freely. 


REMEMBER it was at HIS DEATH the VEIL was TORN, not the RESURRECTION. 

HIS "BLOOD" was found WORTHY for my PENALTY and CONDEMNATION!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE SINNER and the SACRED RESOLVED!!!!!  MY REDEEMER LIVES!!!!

Matt 27: 50 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. 
Matt 27: 51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; 


So if WE think "surrender and obedience" aren't important, we might want to RECONSIDER that path. 

For it was through the SURRENDER and OBEDIENCE of ONE, that we can NOW EAT of the TREE OF LIFE.<<< Through HIS OBEDIENCE, That HE was elevated to become the TREE OF LIFE for us 

Praise HIS NAME for HE IS WORTHY.

The FIRST FRUIT -- HIDDEN DAY- RAPTURE and HARVEST

The FIRST FRUIT -- HIDDEN DAY- RAPTURE and HARVEST:

GLORY BE TO THE LORD JESUS, for ALL HE has done and ALL HE is going to do for HIS BODY!!!

Did you know why JESUS CHRIST was the FIRST FRUIT of us all? But what does that mean?

Did you know that the “FEAST of TRUMPETS” is also known as the “HIDDEN DAY”?

"For know man knows the DAY or HOUR, but the FATHER"

Did you know there is a difference between the LAST TRUMP and the GREAT TRUMP?

FIRST FRUIT:

First Fruit: I have long wondered what exactly does it mean to be a “FIRST FRUIT”.

It wasn’t until recently that the Lord provided some insight on the matter.

JESUS CHRIST was the FIRST FRUIT of us all, because HE not only “DIED” and was “RESURRECTED” HE was also the FIRST to walk among man in the RAPTURE/TRANSFORMED STATE.

1 Cor 15: 20  But now is Christ risen from the dead, [and] become the firstfruits⁵³⁶ of them that slept .

1 Cor 15: 23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits⁵³⁶; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.

 SUMMARY:

FIRSTFRUITS, is a SPIRITUAL CONDITION/TRANSFORMATION and NOT about the TIMING of an event.

To be apart of the  “FIRST FRUIT” one must be REBORN in the IMAGE of the HEAVENLY/JESUS CHRIST.

AT the RAPTURE, we are CHANGED IN THE “AIR” to meet the LORD, from a corruptible to an INCORRUPTIBLE body, from MORTALITY to IMMORTALITY.

That actually may be like DIEING on the way up???

1 Cor 15: 43 So also [is] the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:

1 Cor 15: 44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

1 Cor 15: 49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

1 Cor 15: 50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

WE shall be CHANGED in the AIR:

1 Cor 15: 51  Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

1 Cor 15: 52  In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

1 Cor 15: 53  For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal [must] put on immortality. then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

The Last Trump is blown at Rosh Hashana/also known as the HIDDEN DAY/rapture, while the GREAT TRUMP is blown at YOM KIPPUR, DAY OF ATONEMENT, the RETURN/ADVENT of JESUS CHRIST.

From MORTALITY to IMMORTALITY, the change from corruptible/flesh into the INCORRUPTIBLE brings about the VICTORY over DEATH.

IF YOU BELIEVE HE WAS RISEN, then YOU MUST believe we will be RISEN with HIM!!

1 Thess 4: 14  For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him

1 Thess 4: 15 For this we say unto you “by the word of the Lord”, that we which are alive [and] remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

1 Thess 4: 16  For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

1 Thess 4: 17 Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

NOTE the two interesting FACTS between a RAPTURE and a HARVEST:

AT the RAPTURE:

CHRIST returns in the “AIR” and SENDS HIS “ANGELS” to gather the SAINTS from the 4 corners of the EARTH.

Matt 24: 31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

At the HARVEST, JESUS HIMSELF IS USING a SICKLE  to REAP the HARVEST:

Revelation 14:14-16 And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle. And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe. And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped. 

CONCLUSION:

1 Cor 15: 57 But thanks [be] to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

*JESUS CHRIST being the FIRST FRUITS of the RESURRECTION and the TRANSFORMATION.

*We are partakers of that PROMISE, for we are IN HIM, thus being spared the WRATH of GOD and the SECOND DEATH/lake of fire.

*We will be changed in the TWINKLE of an eye from corruptible to incorruptible. Thus Death is swallowed up in victory.

*The Last Trump is blown at Rosh haShana, while the GREAT TRUMP is blown at YOM KIPPUR, the DAY OF ATONEMENT.

*The RAPTURE is a gathering by the ANGELS, while the HARVEST is a gathering by the LORD JESUS HIMSELF preparing for HIS FINAL RULE and REIGN up

on the EARTH. GATHERING all things BACK to the FATHER.

THE FINAL REST, the END

1 Corinthians 15: 24 Then [cometh] the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.

1 Corinthians 15: 25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.

1 Corinthians 15: 28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.

Seventh Trumpet

 

In the section a mighty angel, it was seen that when the Seventh Trumpet is about to sound, “the mystery of God will be accomplished”(Revelation 10:7).  The Seventh Trumpet will sound at the end  of the 70th Week, signaling that Jesus, the Messiah of both the Jews and the Gentiles, has returned  physically to earth to reign and judge (11:15-18).

Those who adhere to a “Post-Trib” view of the Rapture event believe, due to Paul’s use of the term “last trumpet” (1 Corinthians 15:52) and “trumpet call” (1 Thessalonians 4:16), that the primary Rapture must occur at the Seventh Trumpet, concurrent with Jesus’ Second Advent to walk on the earth.  I disagree with this premise (see disputes with Post-TR).  Although I do believe that a “catching up” of believers actually will  occur at the end of the 70th Week (Revelation 14:14-16), I do not believe that this is the primary Rapture event.  The latter will have occurred subsequent to the opening of the Sixth Seal, but preceding the opening of the Seventh Seal (see Pre-Wrath Rapture).

Incidentally, it should be noted that, in Jewish tradition, the shofar blown on Rosh haShanah is called the “Last Trumpet.”  However, the shofar blown at Yom Kippur is referred to as the “Great Trumpet,” even though Yom Kippur follows Rosh haShanah.  In this sense, then, the Great Trumpet actually is the “final” or “last” eschatological trumpet that is blown.

In the section three Woes, it was shown that the “Third Woe” (Revelation 11:14) will take place at some point after the Seventh Trumpet is blown.  Although there will be “flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, an earthquake and a great hailstorm” (11:19) at this time, these will be only relatively minor manifestations of the Third Woe.

Predominantly, the Third Woe will be the series of seven Plagues or Bowl Judgments (Revelation 15:1,7,8, 16:1-21), which will be poured outafter Jesus returns to earth physically at the end of the 70th Week and soon after the blowing of the Seventh Trumpet.  Therefore, the seven Trumpet Judgments will be encompassed within the Seventh Seal, and the seven Plagues or Bowl Judgments will be incorporated within the Seventh Trumpet Judgment.

As has been described, Revelation 11:1-19 is a brief review of the second half (42 months or 1,260 days) of the 70th Week.  Likewise,Revelation 12:6–14:20 is yet another succinct chronological and sequential restatement  of the second half (1,260 days) of the 70th Week.

THE DAY of the LORD: when HE ALONE SHALL BE EXALTED

THE DAY OF THE LORD: WHAT is HAPPENING during that time.

DANIEL gives us some of the MOST important information concerning what the OVERALL plan and purpose concerning “THE DAY of the LORD”

The DAY OF THE LORD has TWO themes in it.. 

1. For the wicked it will be a day of GREAT DARKNESS
2. And a time of RESTORATION for HIS FUTURE MILLI MUM KINGDOM..

DAN 9: 24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city,

1. to finish the transgression,
2. and to make an end of sins,
3. and to make reconciliation for iniquity,
4. and to bring in everlasting righteousness,
5. and to seal/ put to an end, up the vision and prophecy
6. and to Anoint the Most Holy.

Isaiah 24 Also gives us GREAT INSIGHT as to what the DAY OF the LORD is about:

Isaiah 24: 1 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty, and maketh it waste, and turneth 

it upside down, and scattereth abroad the inhabitants thereof.

THE WHY of the DAY OF THE LORD?

The earth is sick, defiled, the curse has devoured the earth, filled with sin and transgression:

ISAIAH 24: 5 The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.

ISAIAH 24: 6 Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.

Note that without the BLESSINGS of the LORD, there is GREAT DARKNESS over the earth and the earth is in DESOLATION/without HIS favor or blessing.

IS 24: 19 The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly.

IS 24: 20 The earth shall reel to and from like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a drunked, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the TRANSGRESSION thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall and not rise again.

WHAT HAPPENS in the “DAY OF THE LORD”

1. Who shall be EXALTED?

GLORY to the LORD ALONE:

IS 2: 2 And it shall come to pass in the last days, [that] the mountain of the LORD'S house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it..

IS 24: 17 And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low: and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.

ISAIAH 24: 21 AND IT SHALL COME TO PASS in THAT DAY, that the LORD shall punish the HOST OF THE HIGH ONES that are on HIGH, and the KINGS of the EARTH upon the EARTH.

ISAIAH 24: 22 And they shall be gathered together, as prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in the prison, and after many days shall they be visited.. ‘ie when shall they be visited again: at the great white throne judgment”.

There are many more SCRIPTURES concerning the DAY of the LORD and I encourage you to study the subject. 

Just to add a few:

IS 27: 1  Punish of Leviathan...
IS 34: 1 For the indignation of the LORD...
JOel 2: 2  A day opf darkness and of gloominess....
Zech  14: 3 The LORD will go forth and fight against all nations.....
Mal 4: 1 all that do wickedly, shall be stubble...



Zech 14:9  And the LORD shall be KING over all the EARTH; In that DAY shall there be ONE LORD, and HIS NAME ONE.

CONCLUSION:

THOSE BELIEVE that the BODY of CHRIST Is “RAPTURED” before the 7 years of TRIBULATION/calling that period of time "the DAY OF THE LORD", absolutely need to RECONSIDER their POSITION.

1. The 7 YEARS of TRIBULATION is a time when SATAN is EXALTED and worshiped, rules and reigns upon the EARTH.

During that period of time called the GREAT TRIBULATION.. the PROPHET will exercise all the POWER of SATAN for 3 1/2 years:

REV 13: 5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty [and] two months.

REV 13: 6 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

REV 13: 12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

THE DAY OF THE LORD: 

The LORD, will be EXALTED ALONE during the “DAY OF THE LORD”. it is a TIME when HE puts an END TO SIN and TRANSGRESSION. BRINGING in the KINGDOM, for the millennium REIGN of JESUS CHRIST.

The BODY of CHRIST should not be thinking that the RAPTURE as an ESCAPE PLAN from tribulation, but rather a DAY OF TRANSFORMATION and CONFORMATION unto the LORD, for we will PARTICIPATE in both the MARRIAGE FEAST OF THE LAMB and a BATTLE with the LORD.  AMEN..

MORE EVIDENCE of the PRE-WRATH position:

The DAY OF THE LORD, a REFUTATION of a PRE-TRIB RAPTURE:

Dan 7:25 “And he shall speak [great] words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, ..... and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. ”

Dan 8:12 & 24 “And on account of transgression the host will be given over to the horn along with the regular sacrifice .... and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practice, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people. ....”

dan 9:27 “He will confirm a covenant with many for one 'seven.' In the middle of the 'seven' he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on a wing [of the temple] he will set up an abomination that causes desolation.... “

Dan 11:31-35 “.... and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily [sacrifice], and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate. ...... And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, [many] days. ..... even to the time of the end.... .”

Dan 12:11 “From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days.”

Rev 13:5-7 “The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise his authority for forty-two months. .... He was given power to make war against the saints and to conquer them. ....”

Rev 14:9-12 “If anyone worships the beast and his image .... he, too, will drink of the wine of God's fury .... This calls for patient endurance on the part of the saints who obey God's commandments and remain faithful to Jesus.”

Mat 24:15-23 “So when you see standing in the holy place 'the abomination that causes desolation,' spoken of through the prophet Daniel-.... Pray that your flight will not take place in winter .... For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now .... If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened. ”

Clearly scripture is speaking of a 7-year period (dan 9:27) when the little horn will, in the middle of that seven-year period (dan 9:27) abolish the daily sacrifice and effect the abomination of desolation. When this occurs, only 3 1/2 years will remain (dan 9:27, 12:11, rev 13:5) to complete the prophetic decrees of Dan 9:24 and usher in the Kingdom of Christ.

In these final 3 1/2 years, scripture repetitively states the little horn will not only be in authority, but will do violence to the people of God (dan 7:25, 8:24, 11:31-35, Mat 24:16-23, rev 13:7).

Nowhere do I find an exemption for the bride of Christ that is either stated or implied. Instead, scripture says these things will happen not only to those who are ‘weak’ in the faith, but to “those who understand”, to the “saints of God” and the “elect”.

I understand that if the bride were taken out of the earth BEFORE these things occurred, then she would by definition be exempt from these things and the passages above would simply be describing he plight of those who were “left behind”.

Unfortunately, I am at a loss to find one single passage of scripture that speaks of a ‘rapture/gathering’ that is not chronologically linked in an intimate way with the initiation of the Day of the Lord, which begins AFTER the time of great distress as described in Mat 24:15-31

Mat 24:15-31 “So when you see standing in the holy place the abomination that causes desolation .... then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now .... Immediately after the distress of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light .... At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky .... And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect ....”

From this passage we find that:

* The time of ‘great distress’ begins AFTER the abomination of desolation

* Only 3 1/2 years remain to complete the prophetic mandates of Dan 9:24 and usher in the Kingdom of Christ. ( to complete the FINAL 1 WEEK, of the 70 weeks of DAN)

* The Sixth Seal (Sun/Moon, etc....) terminates the 'great distress’ and heralds the Day of the Lord which begins with the 7th Seal.

* At that time (after 6th Seal but before the 7th Seal), Jesus comes in the clouds to gather his elect.

Now again, I understand this does not matter if there exists some scripture that speaks of another ‘rapture/gathering’ that occurs at an EARLIER time. One that is NOT in close temporal proximity to the 6th/7th Seals which are tied to the day of the Lord. However, I do not know of any such passage of scripture!!

1 Thes 4:16 – 5:9 “For the Lord himself will come down from heaven .... And so we will be with the Lord forever. Now, brothers, about times and dates [for the events just discussed] we do not need to write to you, for you know very well that the Day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. “

2 Thes 2:1-2 “Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him [the rapture], we ask you, brothers,not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by some prophecy, report or letter supposed to have come from us, saying that the Day of the Lord has already come.”

1 Cor 15:52 “in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet [a clear reference to the day of the Lord via the Feast of Trumpets as you are aware]. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.”

2 Pet 3:3-16 “in the last days scoffers will come, .... They will say, "Where is this 'coming' he promised?”.... The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise,... the Day of the Lord will come like a thief.... since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with him.... Bear in mind that our Lord's patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him. He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters....”

Note carefully that Peter fully expects the believer to still be on earth as the DAY of the LORD begins. His encouragement to the believer is TO BE FOUND spotless, blameless and at peace with the Lord as that day dawns. What should we make of this? Was Peter only speaking to the ‘weak’ whom he knew would be ‘left behind’? If so, why did he not even mention the hope of the ‘pure bride’ who might escape these things through an earlier rescue and why did he not encourage his listeners to aim for THAT goal rather than offering them only the ‘path of the weak’ who will have to endure the time of ‘great distress’ which occurs between the abomination of desolation and the start of the day of the Lord?

Every passage of scripture that speaks about the Lord’s coming for the gathering of his people is clearly and explicitly linked to the Day of the Lord, which you know begins with the opening of the 7th Seal.

NOWHERE does scripture speak of another rapture that occurs BEFORE this time.

Scripture DOES speak of the resurrection of the martyrs (Rev 20:4), which occurs either simultaneously with or after the events of the above passages, but most assuredly NOT BEFORE these events.
