JOHN 3: 3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

John 3: 5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and [of] the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

1 Peter 1: 23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

So what does it mean to be BORN OF THE SPIRIT?

Gal 4: 6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.

Gal 4: 7 Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

Gal 4: 29 But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him [that was born] after the Spirit, even so [it is] now.

Gal 6: 15 or in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.

Ep 1: 13 In whom ye also [trusted], after that:

1. ye heard the word of truth,
2. the gospel of your salvation:
3.  in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

Ep 1: 14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

The BAPTISM of JESUS CHRIST/HOLY SPIRIT. comes through FAITH.

Gal 3: 2 This only would I learn of you, RECEIVED ye the SPIRIT by the works of the law, or by hearing of faith?

JOHN 1: 33 And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost.

Romans 8: 9 Romans 8: 9 . But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
