Individualism, selfishness and comfort is hindering the Remnant of God’s people

This is an excellent word from brother Mark Case from His blog. It will be a suffering and hardship to the flesh of many to gather together as God’s remnant and people but we must do this in love for Christ and His body. It is easier to go along with the flow of American life, luxury and comforts. Oh saints let us go outside the gate not in words but in actual use of our time as we live to share the Gospel all the time and gather with other believers.

Therefore the Lord said: “Inasmuch as these people draw near with their mouths and honor Me with their lips, but have removed their hearts far from Me, and their fear toward Me is taught by the commandment of men, therefore, behold, I will again do a marvelous work among this people, a marvelous work and a wonder; for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hidden.” Woe to those who seek deep to hide their counsel far from the LORD, and their works are in the dark; they say, “Who sees us?” and, “Who knows us?” (Isaiah 29:13-15)
After many years of mingling with and observing the scattered remnant among those who profess Christianity, I realize that I have been making a wrong assumption.
I assumed that the remnant would actually draw nigh to God in the same way that they draw nigh to His message – but that is not so. It is true that many of the remnant draw nigh to the message of the Lord at critical moments, but it is not truethat a notable percentage of the remnant are drawing nigh to the Lord. They want to be informed, but not transformed. There is a great difference.
As long as there is the tiniest shred of anything to hang onto for comfort and security, the vast majority of even the remnant are not willing to take definitive steps toward transformation into the fullness of Christ’s image. It is too costly and requires too much living faith – faith they have never had. A small percentage of them will draw near to the edge of transformation, but only a tiny handful of that small percentage will actually choose to take definitive steps toward transformation.
The prospects of real change among the remnant toward spiritual maturity looked promising beginning with the scare of the financial crisis that started back in 2008, but for the most part they came out into daylight just long enough to learn what God was saying about the matter for the benefit of knowing how they might protect their assets. Of course, many who came out were not part of the remnant at all, but the majority claimed to be. Well, after holding out for a few years until the immediate financial scare seemed to fade away, they went right back into their darkened corners where they felt comfortable and secure before the scare.
After proclaiming God’s message with much spiritual insight and with an undeniable anointing of the Holy Spirit, and seeing little more than lip service in response, we realized that only a spook for disaster was not enough to drive anyone to real transformation. The dollar must fail altogether for that – and even then there will be some who can continue to survive on their own, and will. Oh, how the spirit of individualism and independence does still reign.
Finally, after it has become clear that the umbilical cord of Americanism is about to be cut from Christians too (which news, by the way, has really brought an unprecedented number of believers out of the woodwork), still we do not see anything more than lip service. (We are sure that some, like us, are doing all they know to do, and that some steps into greater transformation are just not yet readily visible.)
Notwithstanding, I am convinced today just as I was a dozen years ago that “Christianity – American style” will reign even among the remnant as long as that remnant has the slightest thread to hang onto. Oh, well. The welcome mat into “Christianity- American style” lives on…and on…and on… even among the vast majority that call themselves the remnant.

I am very much looking forward to JOHN SHOREY'S new book  "THE WINDOW OF THE LORD". It is already in the mail. Looks like it will be an interesting read.  I do hope to be able to send it out to as many people as I can.

I do believe that JOHN SHOREY  is a TRUTH SEEKER, no one has ALL the truth, however I believe that the LORD has given him a portion of the TRUTH through revelation, and  hopefully if he will consider the REVELATION the LORD gave about "THE WOMAN OF REV 17" he and I would have a more complete understanding of the "END-TIME BEAST" that is coming upon us.

AMEN MR WILES, the AGENDA  "To bring about the RESURRECTING of the PRE-FLOOD ORDER of BABEL"

Does MR BAILEY speak TRUTH and does he speak it in the AUTHORITY of JESUS CHRIST??

I really don't have TRUE KNOWLEDGE TO SAY one way or the other, and. I shall not speak evil against a man that is seeking to bring HEALING and DELIVERANCE to the BODY. His  accountability will be before the LORD.  

1. What I do believe is that I am a redeemed soul of JESUS CHRIST and REBORN in HIS SPIRIT, and I am not of this WORLD. Satan has no power over me unless it is given to him.

2. I believe that satan is GIVEN authority for a time over this earth and over the saints at the end of days.

SUBMIT TO GOD and resist the devil!!!

2. Without "FAITH and KNOWLEDGE" in the ONE that IS, I do not believe there is a 'technique or formula"  that will defeat or can resist the spiritual beings of this world. The AUTHORITY belongs to JESUS CHRIST and IS in HIS NAME only.

I will offer a  few scriptures to add to this:

1. Satan is in control of this worldly kingdom, and has the rights to give “authority and power” to whom he desires and who will receive it.

1. The “WORLD” and its powers are directed and controlled by the authority of satan.

2. He is seeking out those that are willing to worship and accept his power, through their own lust and greed.

IT IS PROPHESIED (decreed and determined), according to the WORD of GOD that satan will succeed for a time over this world. However,we are of another KINGDOM and satan will not have power over our soul, though we may die physically.

REV 13: 2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as [the feet] of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

MATT 4: 9   And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.

We only have to look at our MONEY and our government system and buildings to see the STRONGHOLD that satan has in our world and the preparations he has for a NWO kingdom.

The prophecies, desires and agenda of satan are already printed on the money of this country, and manifested as idols in our government buildings.

Consciously or unconsciously those that are "NOT"  REBORN in the SPIRIT of JESUS CHRIST, are in the control and/or HEAVILY influenced by satan’s agenda and are considered BEAST..

REV 13: 6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

Rev 13: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

BASICALLY, Those that are not “BORN AGAIN” are (natural) BEAST, “you and I were born as BEAST”.

Romans 5: 16  And not as [it was] by one that sinned, [so is] the gift: for the judgment [was] by one to condemnation, but the free gift [is] of many offences unto justification.

2 PETER 2: 12  But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;

Jude 1: 10 But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves

Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee.

MANY are struggling and suffering in various ways. I would like to ask that we unite in  Prayer today..

FATHER, Our LORD and OUR SAVIOR, Merciful and GRACIOUS KING, we need YOU. YOUR BODY is in Great need of your MERCY and DIRECTION, right now.

We join hands, hearts and minds this morning LORD, praying LORD that YOU would be particularly mindful us.

LORD, we need you in ways that ONLY YOU CAN FULFILL.

Our desire is to glorify YOUR name, to Declare YOUR NAME upon the earth, to remain steadfast in our call..

We acknowledge YOUR power and authority and YOUR LORDSHIP as LORD of LORDS and KING Of KINGS.

Would you have Mercy LORD, and grant us water for our thirst, food for our bodies. Would you give comfort in our SPIRIT, HEARTS, and LIVES.

Would YOU reveal YOUR redemption to us as a BODY who stands HUMBLY before YOU.

We are at YOUR MERCY LORD,

Help us through our trouble times of need. LORD we are frail and weak, please remember our human needs. Heal us and we shall be HEALED, SAVE us and we SHALL be SAVED.

GIVE US A REVELATION OF YOU that our eyes can be fully on YOU, that we would be able to fulfill YOUR WORK in a SPIRIT Of PEACE and the JOY of our salvation..

Fill our SPIRIT and our lives with YOUR PRESENCES  raise up YOUR protective hedge around us, that we can understand clearly YOUR direction and instructions, consume us with a HOLY DESIRE and HOLY FIRE, give us wisdom and direction, mortify our flesh of anything that is not of you, that we might RISE up in the RESURRECTED LIFE, that we can be partakers of YOUR blessings and promises, that we may be able to WALK in the LIGHT Of YOUR PRESENCES..

Bless our LAND, that we can be a TESTIMONY of YOUR WAYS while we seek YOUR answers to our earthly problems.

Even though the verses in DEUT 30 are a recording of MOSES talking to Israel, it is essential that we understand that our Covenant is recorded in Heaven, also.

How are we living out that covenant?

Do we know the one we claim to serve, His character, His dealing with HIS people, His statutes and His judgments? Are we working in HARMONY with the HOLY SPIRIT and the LORD JESUS CHRIST?

How can one profess to KNOW HIM, when one knows NOTHING about HIM.

Ask yourself.

When is the last time you have been in your prayer closet?

When is the last time you opened your bible, for personal study?

When is the last time you have felt moved by the HOLY SPIRIT?

DO you have a passion for the LOST and WAYWARD?

TEST YOUR HEART before HIM: 

 DO YOU HAVE THE SAME "DESIRE" that HE HAD?

Is it in your heart to be a helps to others to RECONCILE with their CREATOR and HIS WORD?

ARE YOU busy with this worlds desires or are you INTENTLY listening for HIS CALL?

Are you mindful of opportunities that the LORD brings your way, listening intently to the SPIRIT, OPPORTUNITIES to minister to others, when you are shopping, driving, visiting others etc??

The INTENTION of SALVATION was to create a PURE BRIDE that intimately loves her husband, respects HIM, Honors HIM, conforms to HIS IMAGE, is a compliment to HIM, is a helpmate to her husband. 

The Bride must know her BRIDEGROOM intimately, HIS character, HIS desires, in order to fulfill the mission and commission of HIS WILL.

Are you TOO busy worrying about this old world?

Are you TOO busy worrying about what others are doing?

IF you don’t know JESUS CHRIST, then frankly you know NOTHING worth knowing!!!

There is NOTHING GOOD without the LORD JESUS!!!

DEUTERONOMY 30: 18  I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, [that] I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live.

DEUTERONOMY 30: 19 That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, [and] that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he [is] thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.

 IF you are is NOT moved by any of these things.. 

THEN YOU NEED a REVEAL within yourself before you make ONE MORE MOVE in your LIFE...

PRAY the LORD RENEW YOUR HEART and YOUR COVENANT with HIM.. AMEN..

LIGHT UP THE SKY

PURSUE HIM with all your heart, mind and soul:

I don’t know about you, but I know exactly where I desire to be in these days:

“In the center of the heart of the LORD, for HIS plan and purpose for my life"

 That is a warm fuzzy thought isn't it? CAN it HAPPEN??

Sometimes it is through our struggles and trials that we often don’t feel so much like we are in the CENTER of LORD'S HEART.

We often worry and are concerned because HE doesn’t seem to be making HIS presences known to us during those times.

BE ENCOURAGED and COMFORTED:

I find it encouraging and comforting that during these times of trials and troubles, that the LORD is more often, in  PURSUIT of ME, far more than I realize at the times of my sufferings and trails. 

Truthfully, it took me YEARS to realize this "TRUTH",  And I desire to OFFER you this same encouragement and comfort.

HE is TRULY seeking to get our attention, but we are often too frail and too weak to realize it at the time of our SUFFERINGS.

HOWEVER, if we HOLD ON TO THE TRUTH, of HIS TRUE PURPOSE and PLAN for us, we can begin to walk in confidence and in PRAISE of What HE is doing in our lives.

HE is JUST and FAITHFUL and INTIMATE LORD.

“it is often THROUGH OUR SUFFERING our TRUE BLESSING is found”

Through that INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP, we can understand that the LORD doesn't always JUDGE us according to our ‘failures”, seeking to "CONDEMN" us for what we do not know or our lack of knowledge or wisdom.

But rather is in PURSUIT Of us so that we can be CONFORMED and TRANSFORMED into HIS IMAGE.

HE is in PURSUIT Of REVEALING HIMSELF TO US MORE FULLY!!!

HE IS JUST and HE IS GOOD, Without GOD, good would not exist:

LUKE 12: But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few [stripes]. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.

MAL 2: 5  My covenant was with him of life and peace; and I gave them to him [for] the fear wherewith he feared me, and was afraid before my name

We can have CONFIDENCE that HE is “NOT SEEKING” our “CONDEMNATION”, but is SEEKING a HUMBLE and SUBMITTED people that will WILLINGLY surrender themselves to be CONFORMED and TRANSFORMED into the IMAGE OF JESUS CHRIST, that we can be PARTAKER’S of HIS PROMISES and BLESSINGS.

Our journey begins and ENDS with ONE PURPOSE, a PURE BRIDE, to be CONFORMED into THE IMAGE OF JESUS CHRIST as a BODY OF KINGDOM PEOPLE.

And our trials and tribulations are often more about HIS EFFORTS to produce that FRUIT in our lives to bring GLORY and HONOR TO HIS NAME and to entrust unto us the PROMISES OF JESUS CHRIST.

PHIL 1: 6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform [it] until the day of Jesus Christ:

 HE is seeking and desiring ways to DEVELOP and ENCOURAGE our faith, and encourage our growth, that we CAN live as participates in the PROMISES of JESUS CHRIST.

ARE you beginning to have an ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT YET??


DO YOU SEE THE "LOVE OF CHRIST being revealed in your SUFFERING?


BE a GOD CHASER IN YOUR LIFE!!!

OUR SUFFERING, TRIALS and TRIBULATIONS are NOT for CONDEMNATION but to bring about HIS  PRAISE, HONOR and GLORY...

So that WE WILL PURSUE HIM!!!! 

OUR suffering reminds us of our HUMANITY, our conformity and transformation reminds us that HE IS LORD and SAVIOR and WORTHY TO BE PRAISED and HONORED!!

I am WEAK but HE is STRONG.
I am LIMITED, but HE IS LIMITLESS...

If we desire TRUE VICTORY and to be  OVERCOMERS, we must submit in attitude and in lifestyle. 

DWELLING in the LIGHT, that we may be HEALED, rather than Dwelling in the darkness that will remain in our suffering.

LET us HUMBLE OURSELVES before HIM,  that we can be  CONFORMITY and TRANSFORMED into the IMAGE OF  JESUS CHRIST!!! That we can be PARTAKERS of HIS PROMISES and have ABUNDANT LIVES.

LET’S SEEK to BREAK this SCRIPTURE down this MORNING:

CONSIDER the MATTERS before HIM!!

Deut 6: 24

And the LORD commanded us:

1. to do all these statutes,

2. to fear the LORD our God,

3. for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as [it is] at this day.

PSALMS 111: 10 The fear of the LORD [is] the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do [his commandments]: his praise endureth for ever.

DO FEAR the LORD, for HE IS HOLY/SET APART? 

WHY IS JESUS CHRIST SO SPECIAL and LIKE NO OTHER GOD?

Because HE is our MEDIATOR, and HE IS INTIMATELY working  with each of us for our GROWTH and CONFORMITY..

HE is HOLY and RIGHTEOUS, and  HE is also “JUST” and, UNIQUE because HE is an INTIMATE LORD.

Rather than SEEKING ways to CONDEMN US, He is searching and seeking for ways to CONFORM and TRANSFORM US.

During our trials and tribulations we need to remember, He is more likely seeking ways to make an “ADJUSTMENT” in our life and lifestyle (our character and behaviorism through the STAFF, if we would allow,  than seeking to PUNISH us with a ROD of correction.

HE is so INTIMATELY connected to HIS BODY as the HEAD, these adjustments through suffering are made in our lives, are often meant to produce and bring ABUNDANT LIFE into our lives, according to our faith, our attitude, and our desire to be an obedient BODY PARTS.

Thus the MORE we SUBMIT the MORE we are BLESSED through the conformity and transformation into JESUS CHRIST as participates of HIS KINGDOM and HIS PROMISES.

HERE are a few statements that you might keep NEAR your heart during times of TRIALS and TRIBULATIONS:

(this is not to say that ALL suffering is about "DISOBEDIENCE". HOWEVER, our lives are being transformed one way or another through SUFFERING.. rather it be an ATTITUDE of PEACE during the suffering or an ADJUSTMENT in our lives: character or lifestyle)

PSALMS 111: 10 The fear of the LORD [is] the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do [his commandments]: his praise endureth for ever

TO do all these statues, and to fear the LORD our GOD!!!

1. GOD IS A JEALOUS GOD.  (You would do WELL to receive this, because it will bring REVERENCE towards GOD and HIS WORD into your heart, mind and soul)

GOD IS A “JEALOUS” GOD. 


To TRULY LOVE JESUS with all your heart, mind and soul: one must have a REVELATIONS of WHO HE IS, and acknowledge HIS CHARACTER AND HIS IMAGE.

HE is partial and particular towards HIS own CHARACTER and BEHAVIORISM. IT will be TRUE to HIS NAME and HIS CHARACTER....for HE IS HOLY!!!!

He is GOD the CREATOR of ALL things, what do we really expect? Do we expect HE is going to CONFORM HIMSELF TO US?

HE is SEEKING a people that are WILLINGLY SUBMITTING themselves to be conformed and transform into the IMAGE of HIS SON, that they too can HOLY/SET APART. 

Thus we have the COMMANDMENT:

EX 25: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God [am] a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth [generation] of them that hate me;

(well you can afford to arrogant if you are GOD, but the real purpose behind this is, that we be not CONFORMED or INFLUENCED by the image or character of another god.

We must hold TRUE and FAITHFUL  to the ONE TRUE GOD, who is JEALOUS of HIS OWN CHARACTER and MANNEREISMS)

SO HOW DO WE GET THERE??? HOW do we get into the CENTER OF GOD’S HEART?

BY PURSUING HIM WITH OUR MIND, BODY, and SOUL, while HE is in pursuit of US!!!

A..  THROUGH HIS WORD and THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH.

MOST of you know that some of my FAVORITE quotes are:

***What is OF GOD is empowered by the HOLY SPIRIT.

***Do what is RIGHT before the LORD and HE will bless it.

I do say that often, not only on paper but I truly make this a practice in my own life.

But I think that I need to Explain what I mean when I say

“DO WHAT IS RIGHT BEFORE THE LORD and HE will bless it”

First allow me to say what I DO NOT MEAN by this quote:

I am not referring to a PHYSICAL BLESSING, as in PROSPERITY.

PROSPERITY is having GOD’S PRESENCE in our LIVES, no matter what the circumstances or situation in our lives maybe. (IN sickness or in health)

DOING what is RIGHT BEFORE THE LORD, means SUBMITTING to HIS WORD and HOLY SPIRIT, that we can be TRANSFORMED and CONFORMED into IMAGE of JESUS CHRIST, and the promises of JESUS CHRIST.

For that is the OVER ALL GOAL. HE is “JEALOUS” of HIS OWN CHARACTER and MANNERISMS.

   

When a “DIFFICULT” situation occurs in my life, times where I am not certain of the path I should be taking. MY first thought is:

What does the WORD OF GOD say concerning these matters?

I  SEEK to ALLOW the HOLY SPIRIT to DO HIS WORK in my heart and mind before I make forward movements in my life.

The SWORD is ‘twoedged” both WORD and SPIRIT, and is a “DISCERNER of thoughts and intents of the heart"

Heb 4: 12 For the word of God [is] quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and [is] a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

“DO as the LORD would have me do, and I shall be blessed for it” There is NO DOUBT in my mind, heart or soul. that the LORD'S INTENT on my life is to conform me into a worthy vessel of HIS SERVICE.

I can ALWAYS count on the “WORD OF GOD, and the HOLY SPIRIT” to work in HARMONY with the FATHER, to bring about the MIND OF CHRIST/conformity/transformation into my life.

B.  I can always COUNT on the HOLY SPIRIT to EMPOWER/bring to LIFE what is “OF” GOD.

THE WORD OF GOD and the HOLY SPIRIT work in HARMONY with the FATHER and the LORD JESUS CHRIST:

THEY are in HARMONY for ONE PURPOSE, to bring CORRECTION and ADJUSTMENTS into our life, leading us towards the path of RIGHTEOUSNESS, towards the HIGHER CALLING of GOD.   “A PURE BRIDE”

It isn’t always easy but if WE LOVE GOD, as we say we do, WE must PREPARE our HEARTS to SUBMIT, to be EMPOWERED to CHANGE.

Our “FLESHLY MIND” seeks to “ REBEL” against what is SPIRITUALLY MINDED.

OUR fleshly mind can not always be trusted, it can DECEIVE us. It is very persuasive to its needs and desires and we can not TRUST our flesh to do the WILL of GOD, unless the ground has been prepared to SURRENDER to the SPIRIT OF GOD.  ONCE surrender comes, transformation comes, and a REVERENCE towards GOD and HIS WORD begins to CONFORM our lives into the “MIND OF CHRIST” concerning the matters of life we are confronted with.

The WORD of GOD is PURE and HOLY, offering instruction and sanctification into the RIGHTEOUSNESS PATH of GOD’S ways, precepts and principles.

The HOLY SPIRIT: convicts, mortifies the flesh, and transforms our lives into LIFESTYLES and the CHARACTER of JESUS CHRIST.

 SO we can be a HOLY/SET APART, KINGDOM PEOPLE.

You can TRULY count on the HOLY SPIRIT to EMPOWER the WORD of GOD, in your LIFE, character and lifestyle, even when that path is difficult.

ROMANS 8: 13  For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

The overall END of our suffering is the MORTIFICATION/death to the flesh, and LIFE in the SPIRIT, for HIS GLORY and for our CONFORMITY and TRANSFORMATION into the IMAGE OF JESUS CHRIST.

THE WORD and the HOLY SPIRIT… AMEN and AMEN!!!

CONCLUSION:

MAY we ALLOW the LORD to have HIS WAY with us!!

MAY the LORD break up the fallow ground of our  HEARTS, as it is tilled and plowed, that the  SEED/WORD of GOD is planted to bring about the FRUIT of our salvation..

MAY GOD give us INCREASE!!!!

THE WORD OF GOD IS NOT DEAD it was RESURRECTED TO LIFE and is a LIFE BEARER!!!!

LUKE 8: 11 the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.

LUKE 8: 21 And he answered and said unto them, My mother and my brethren are these which hear the word of God, and do it.
